Who is gotravelhome?

The website gotravelhome is run by Travelhome B.V. Eindhovenseweg 40, 5582HT WAALRE, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Eindhoven (30147625), member of IATA (member nr 57210646) and member of ASTA (the American Society of Travel Agents).  

1. Quotation

This website is made for those people who have plans to make a trip with a motorhome, but want to know upfront what the possibilities and the costs are. On this website you can make a free quotation, without any obligations.

2. Reservations/ Changes /Cancellations

A reservation can only be made online. Any changes or cancellations need to be made in writing. For changing and / or cancelling a reservation you will get charged, besides for the possible costs of the supplier(s), the changing and / or cancellation fees as mentioned in the ANVR Conditions. The amounts mentioned in the ANVR conditions are in Euro. The applicable amounts will be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate valid at that moment.

3. Booking fee

There is no booking fee. Travelhome charges 19.00 USD for every extra that is added in an existing reservation (for example adding personal kits or early bird pick up after reservation). We advise to book the whole trip at once.

4. Mode of payment

The total amount is to be paid in full at time of reservation. Payment is possible by bank transfer or PayPal (to info@travelhome.nl), please mention your booking number.

5. Changes in rate of exchange

The prices on this website are based on a rate of exchange determined in August 2006. However prices can change because of rising exchange rates or depreciation of currency values. On this website the current prices are mentioned. Currency fluctuations that occur after reservations are made will not influence your bill.

6. Taxes

Taxes that are mentioned online from different rental companies in different pick up locations are subject to change. It may be possible that taxes increase, the difference will be charged.  

7. Insurance

As a foreigner it is not possible to obtain a Dutch travel- and/or cancellation insurance. Travelhome recommends clients to obtain insurance in their own country.

8. ANVR

Travelhome works by the ANVR Conditions with additions. For some trips, different changing and/or cancellation conditions may be applicable, but only if these differences are explicitly stated on the website.

9. Mediator

If there would be a conflict between you and the rental company, Travelhome can only act as a mediator. You as a client need to contact the rental company directly and sign locally for the conditions of the rental company. Travelhome can not be held liable for any reason whatsoever. You can request the conditions of the rental company upfront via Travelhome. If you wish to do this you need to contact Travelhome.

Costs which are payable at pickup or dropoff are presented in local currency (EUR).
